Job Summary Roles and responsibilities
  • Drive Inside Sales initiatives for the assigned region.
  • Conduct an effective market and industry analysis to identify prospects
  • Orchestrate targeted email /callcampaigns to reach key decision makers.
  • Identify customer s interest and arrange for a meeting/teleconference with Happiest Minds Sales & Business Development team.
  • Identifying opportunities by speaking to prospects, understanding their requirements, educating them on our Offerings.
  • Ability to conduct market research and built database.
  • Consistently achieve Monthly and quarterly targets for leads generated and opportunities created.

Activities:

  • Become a trusted advisor by Understanding Happiest Minds IMSS Core Service Offerings
  • Understand target market characteristics and map its needs with the offerings
  • Research within the industry to create call lists
  • Proactive and aggressive qualification of new opportunities
  • Understand all phases of the sales cycle and support accordingly
  • Proactively run call and email campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings/ conference calls for Sales/Business Group (BG) leaders.
  • Constant communication with prospects in written and verbal presentations.
  • Brief Understanding of Security Services, GRC Services, Managed Infrastructure Services, RPA, IDAM Solutions, Data Security Services etc. and the various upcoming trends in the industry.
  • Generate reports on the campaign details/leads generated/other MIS data
  • Work closely with team members
Desired Skill Set:
  • Good experience in Inside Sales lead generation, cold calling and response management.
  • Industry knowledge of Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, E-commerce/Retail, Media, Telecom etc.
  • Working knowledge of tools like SFDC or Marketo etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Inside Sales activities and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of Service selling related to the defined industry sector
  • Must be a keen learner and an individual with a proven track record
  • Ability to talk and understand business and convince executive management of target companies for meetings.
  • Willing to work across US Geo, hence night shifts are inevitable.
