Roles and Responsibilities

Follow the rules and guidelines laid down in the SOP s and update the SOP s periodically.

Enhancement and Management of SAP environment (ECC, BW, DMS, Net weaver 7.4, PO, Web dispatcher, Solution Manager 7.2 and S4HANA) based on Oracle, HANA and Sybase databases.

Good knowledge and understanding of OS / DB Migration.

Good knowledge and understanding of SAP sizing.

Must possess the ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions.

Supervisory or management experience is must.

Excellent team management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Stakeholder management.

Good knowledge and understanding of UNIX and Windows operating systems

Perform periodic quality system refreshes of ECC, BW and S4HANA.

Perform periodic disaster recovery drills.

Identify the training needs of the team and performance management of the team.

Periodic SAP User license review.

Satisfy internal and external audit requirements.

Follow the rules and guidelines laid down in the SOP s and update the SOP s periodically.

SAP Basis Technical certification is preferred.

Good knowledge and understanding of Incident, Change and Problem management.

Ensure all support SLA s are met.

Willingness to support systems on weekends and holidays for planned/unplanned activities.
