• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Skills

• 5-8 Years of Hands on Experience in UI developement
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning toolsGit
• Familiarity with Redux integration for maintaining application state
• Work closely with clients to establish technology solutions at business and technical level.
• Lead design, estimation, planning, and implementation of business solution
• Establish high, mid and micro level plans working with a Project Manager.
• Ability to assess and understand the skill and technology needs for the requirement and be able to mitigate any risks in the planning and execution stage.

• Should have knowledge in Java and server side concepts like session, cache handling etc and be willing to work on those areas.
