Job Summary Business Development (Real-Estate) Experience: -Min 2 Year (Real-Estate) Education: -Diploma /BE / BTech CivilSalary Bar: -Upto 60,000/- (Negotiable For Best) Location: - Ahmedabad.
Job Description:

• Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• To handle walk-in customers at the Site Office.
• Assist residential/corporate customers with real estate requirements.
• Accompany customers for site visits and coordinate pre/post site visits.
• Should have creative and result oriented approach to serve customers.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence the buyers for buying the property.
• Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
• Should have effective communications skills to convince the customer for buying the property.
• To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future Sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Should have smart and pleasing personality
• Should be fluent in English
• Should be a localite.

Salary : Upto 60,000/- (Negotiable For Best)
Qualification :
Diploma /BE / BTech Civil
