Job Summary
- Job Description
- Preparation of Mechanical Project Specifications
- Preparation of Design Data, Design Basis, Design Calculations & Design Instructionsfor Projects
- Coordination with Client / Site / Equipment Manufacturer / Supplier to study sitequeries / difficulties, finding solution for the same
- Review Vendor drawing
- Finalization of General Arrangement & details of Process and other structures incoordination with Piping, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation and other disciplines
- Design and Detailing of Furnaces including Refractory, Equipments such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Columns etc. including live loads & environmental factors
- Design and Detailing of Ducts, Heaters, Coolers, Condensers, HVAC , Spheres / Bullets, Silos etc.
- Preparation of Estimation / BOQ / Costing for bidding purposes for projects
- Job Requirements
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a Leading University
- Candidate with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as Mechanical DesignEngineer in a leading multinational company and having experience in designingand thorough knowledge of all the design codes such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, APIetc
- Experienced in design based on manual as well as using appropriate designsoftware such as STAAD Pro ,Pro E,CAESER etc and should have worked onAutoCAD.
- Should have enough experience in handling Major Projects
- Should possess good Leadership
- Should possess good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and allassociated parties
- Should possess the drive and passion to succeed
- Should have Strong communication skills and team mentoring ability
