Job Summary

Job Introduction

HashedIn is looking for a full-time Product Manager who will be the trusted technology partner for our clients , a technology mentor and leader for our teams who will provide thought leadership and direction for key technology initiatives. (S)he will play the pivotal technology role in defining technology roadmaps and solutions as part of RFIs , RFPs , etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • You have 4 - 7 years of experience in Product Management (Sector experience is desirable) or Management Consulting
  • You employ best practice product management methodologies to identify the right problems to solve and the best ways to solve them
  • You drive results and solve problems analytically and creatively , using data and well-formed decision frameworks
  • You are relentlessly customer-focused and passionate about solving problems
  • You are a strong collaborator and communicator who can motivate and energize those around you
  • Ability to draw insights through Qualitative and Quantitative methods and solve real life Product Problems
  • You appreciate technology and understand how and where it works

    • Responsibilities

  • Be a Single Point of Contact from HashedIn by Deloitte side to spearhead implementation of new products and upgradation of existing products
  • Manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production release , and lifecycle management
  • Translate Client s business vision or the problem statement into a proper structured product plan with a roadmap and technology vision that includes:

    • a) Insight from different stakeholders across client organization , and different end users
    b) User Experience research with decision on features to prioritize

  • Define , track , and iterate on key product goals becoming an integral part of Client s business/product team
  • Define Product Backlog , break the features into user stories and support development teams in putting together the sprint plans
  • Spearhead Product Backlog refinement task with collaboration of Development team , Apply quantitative methods and help improve team estimations over time
  • Conduct , Analyse , prioritise and implement the recommendations of the post product launch feedback from the end users
  • Lead or Support the Client relationships with their different partners and vendors
  • Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
  • Understand and update yourself on the market landscape and business environment. Geography wise: Maturity and overview of different markets like the North Americas , Europe , India , Australia , and SE Asia
  • Application of new-age technologies pertinent to the sector.
