Skills & Requirements

An engineering graduate in CS/IT (BE /BTech /MTech) with 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF , spring , EJB , JMS etc.

  • Key Technical Skills: Java/J2EE and Performance Engineering
  • Experienced in defining and realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale technical projects.
  • Ability to review existing Architectures and identify Risks , Trade-offs and share recommendations for addressing the identified issues.
  • Experience in any / all of these areas is desired - Infrastructure sizing , Capacity planning , Performance modeling , cloud Computing.
  • Experience in performance optimization of J2EE systems on any of different types of application servers - WebLogic , WebSphere , JBoss etc. Deep expertise in any one of the application servers is a must.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint , Design specifications , Deployment architecture , Workload modeling etc.
  • Understands and have worked on Performance Testing tools - Apache Jmeter / HP Load Runner / MS VSTS Load test
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies & Continuous Integration Tools
  • Experience in Analytics like - Libuv (Node.js) , Apache Kafka , Apache Storm , Apache Hadoop
  • Has built technology teams ground-up , built new solutions from scratch
  • Sound understanding of complex enterprise IT environment and and have a consultative approach
  • Excellent Pre-sales experience and have played a key role in winning business along with the sales team.
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal , liaison and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • High energy level with ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be very strong in presentation skills , including technical presentation
  • Must be conversant with latest technology trends and industry challenges.
  • Must have handled complex projects in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • High professional and personal integrity
  • Assertive and ability to present point of view very clearly

  • Identify new ideas and approaches that others may have missed
  • Produce relevant workable solutions to business problems.
  • Present paper and run blogs (directly and through team)
  • Build company brand through thought leadership
  • Automate work delivery and Build IPs
  • Coaching & Mentoring Provides team a clear direction
  • Takes ownership for building capability in the organization by effective coaching and mentoring to move others to a higher level of working.
  • Improve architecture skills across all team members
  • Help in career progression of the team
