Associate - Qa Job in Hatsun Agro Product Ltd

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible to plan and to carry out the quality of the product by testing the samples before and after processing also during the online process. Estimating or evaluating the chemical composition in the product before and after processing

Principal Accountabilities

• Sampling and chemical testing of incoming Raw Chilled Milk, Semi Finished Goods, Finished Goods, Incoming raw material, outgoing Semi Finished Goods (SFG) and release of product (FG/SFG) for packing/ further processing through SAP/Record
• Collection of sample from store for packaging material and chemicals and release as per specification
• Online monitoring of date code printing, weight checking, sealing, and other quality parameters and communicating to production in case of deviation.
• Monitoring tank position of raw milk processed and reporting to QA officer and technical officer in case of deviation.
• Preparation of reagents for chemical testing and Properly arrange and marking of chemicals with all information
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• To minimize the number of testing errors through reviewing outputs and ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is maintained.
• Calibration of instrument and appropriate glass wares
• Minimize the wastage of Reagents and chemicals by proper utilizing

• Knowledge or a mild exposure of production process
• Knowledge of equipment handling.
• Written and communication skills
• Computer proficiency to maintain records and reports

Education & Experience

• Educational qualifications: B. Sc or M. Sc (Chemistry),

Experience:- 6 months - 1 year of experience, also freshers are encouraged.
