Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for ensuring safe operation in the plant and support production team for continuous operation without breakdown.

Job Description:

• All instrumentsto be calibrated as per the ISO standards (ISO-17025 )
• Continuous monitoring of all the CCPs and OPRP equipments / instruments.
• Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
• Prepare PM schedule and follow the PM activity as per the schedule.
• Installation and commissioning of field instruments like Temperature , pressure, conductivity, pH, flow , level sensors and performing their calibration
• Making changes in HMI (Human machine Interface) and PLC (Programming Logic Controller)
• Maintenance of PLC control panels, Motor operated valves, pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves
• Basic Trouble shoot of PLC and SCADA systems (Allen Bradley, Honeywell, Siemens, and delta make)
• Limit setting for actuators of valves (samson, Rotex, dembla)
• Weighing scale and weighbridge calibration
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with 4 - 6 years of experience in Maintenance (Instrumentation) preferred from manufacture industry
