Job Summary Job Title: Associate Consultant Location: Bangalore Project Role: Associate Consultant Qualification: B-Tech Experience: 4.5 - 8 Years Skills Required: Primary Skill: Cloud Architect Number of Positions: 1 Job Description: The Associate Consultant role is focused on managing and implementing cloud-based systems with expertise in Strimzi Kafka on Kubernetes platforms. You will work with Kafka security implementations, high-availability cluster setups, large-scale multi-node Kafka clusters, and more. Key tasks include disaster recovery using MirrorMaker or other tools, and proficiency in Apicurio Schema Registry, Grafana, and connector implementations (JDBC, Avro, JSON). Key Responsibilities: 1. Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 2. Ensure positive customer experience and customer satisfaction (CSAT) through First Call Resolution and minimal rejected resolutions or reopens. 3. Contribute to creating proposals for service improvement plans. 4. Independently resolve tickets and meet SLAs for ticket volume and resolution time. 5. Provide on-call escalations or L3-level support, handling incident and problem management. 6. Contribute to knowledge base management, provide training to freshers, coach analysts, and participate in hiring drives. Technical Skills: 1. Strong experience in Strimzi Kafka on Kubernetes. 2. Proficiency with Apache/Confluent Kafka. 3. Experience in Kafka security implementations. 4. Expertise in setting up high availability clusters and managing large-scale multi-node Kafka clusters on Kubernetes. 5. Strong knowledge in disaster recovery using MirrorMaker or similar tools. 6. Experience with Apicurio Schema Registry in high-volume environments. 7. Knowledge of Grafana for cluster monitoring. 8. Working experience with JDBC, Avro, and JSON connectors.
