Job Summary

As a Technical Lead SQL Server, you will drive technical excellence, process compliance, and innovative solutions in SQL Server development. You will be responsible for mentoring teams, optimizing database performance, and ensuring best practices while contributing to strategic technical discussions and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development:

• Define, advocate, and implement SQL Server best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures, optimizing data retrieval performance.
• Guide team members to enhance their technical skills and capabilities.

Process Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure process adherence in assigned modules, conducting technical discussions and reviews.
• Act as a technical consultant, evaluating feasibility, assessing risks, and recommending solutions.
• Prepare and submit detailed status reports to track project progress and manage risks effectively.

Performance Optimization & Security:

• Optimize SQL Server performance through efficient query execution and indexing strategies.
• Implement database security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

Primary Skills:

• Expertise in SQL Server database design, development, and optimization.
• Strong experience with SQL programming and query performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Data Warehouse Cloud, and SQL-based solutions.

Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of database security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative technical solutions.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
