Job Description

  • Planning Planning monthly implementation of the training activities Plan the mode of training delivery viz.

  • Programme Delivery Deliver on the training plan/conduct training as per plan Optimize learning activity Ensure training effectiveness through tests/follow up measures Developmental Activity Develop and upgrade the knowledge levels and training quality Contribute to the various non-class room learning activities like e-learning, reference materials for employees, test papers etc.
  • , Training Administration Conduct training activity within the budgeted cost Ensure all logistics arrangements for smooth delivery of training Preparation of periodical reports on Training activity for management reporting.
