Role Description:

We at Head Digital Works are looking for Mobile Leads, skilled in delivery, development and maintenance of technology based solutions

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Required Experience - 8- 12 years
• Expertise in UI/UX development
• Expert on Mobile App development both (Android & IOS), Desktop development knowledge will be added advantage.
• Well versed in client side application development
• Highly skilled on Objective C, Swift & Android (HTML, JavaScript , HTML5 and Flash/Flex / AS3 would be an added advantage)
• Effectively able to lead a team, coordinate and communicate with the cross functional teams.
• Candidates with gaming background are preferable
• Tracking bugs using Jira is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering & designing
• Prioritizing the tasks for the release & driving the team accordingly for quality delivery
• Reviews requirements & coordinate and communicate with the respective team leads
• Responsible for complete end-to-end project management including release planning, delivery,
• monitoring progress and reporting
• Supervise and Train Employees,
• Evaluating employee performance
• Provides guidance, feedback and developmental experiences to the team
• Responsible for conducting appraisals, feedback, and handling work allocations for direct reports and approving the same for indirect reports.
• Facilitates cross team communication
