Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product team in creating and launching exciting gaming products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis. you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, engineers, artists, and marketers, to deliver high-quality gaming experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and market trends. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify user needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives. Lead the product discovery process, including concept development, user testing, and iteration, to ensure the delivery of innovative and compelling game experiences. Collaborate closely with game designers, engineers, artists, and other stakeholders to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize player engagement and monetization. Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and updates. Act as the product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, features, and benefits to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Stay abreast of industry trends, gaming technologies, and best practices, and apply them to product strategy and development.
Requirements: MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in the gaming industry. Strong understanding of the online gaming landscape, market trends, and player preferences. Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful gaming products, preferably across multiple platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and prioritize features. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts. Experience with Agile development methodologies and a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle. Proactive, results-oriented mind-set, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviours.
