Lead, Catalog Operations Job in Headout Inc.

The role As part of the team, you ll be responsible for leading the team that manages the day-to-day operations of cataloging new products, maintenance, and enhancements of existing products. We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic about learning new technology, meticulous, and loves process improvement. The role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. What makes this role special? Manage. Provide day-to-day system support to our business teams, and catalog associates, including resolution of all escalated issues Lead. Help coach and lead new members with a focus on driving production, operational improvement, and general support Innovate. Drive new initiatives to help improve our operational efficiency and drive data & process integrity by developing and conducting audits What skills & experience do you need? 5-7 years of total experience with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Prior experience managing a team of at least 10 people Experience managing a CRM tool is a plus Proven demonstrations of improvement and tangible results Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
