The role The Media Operations team at Headout is looking for a Photo Editor who will play a critical role in ensuring that the visual content of our website is of high quality and aligns with the desired aesthetic standards. What makes this role special? Media Asset Management. You will be responsible for sourcing, editing and managing media assets on our websites and marketing materials as a part of the Media Operations team. Collaborate. Working closely with business teams and partners across the globe, your primary focus will be to obtain top-quality media assets for our brand experiences. You will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop and maintain various media assets, such as ads, seat maps, promotional banners, and other promotional media. Automation. Leveraging tools and software to enhance workflow for auditing, revamping, and testing assets will be key to success in this role. Additionally, you will improve and maintain our media guidelines to ensure our brand is accurately represented across all platforms. What skills & experience do you need? 2+ years of experience managing a similar role Strong sense of aesthetic sensibility - narrate a story using media Efficiently handle multiple projects, manage expectations and prioritize tasks Experiment with new tools and existing processes to come up with solutions for improving workflows Fluent with various industry-standard software like Adobe Suite, Figma etc Bonus Experience in other forms of visual communication (Typography & Graphics)
