Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, ensuring operating system stability, security, and performance. Design, implement, and manage the Active Directory infrastructure, including domains, forests, group policies, and security settings. Integrate on-premises Active Directory with Azure Active Directory for seamless identity and access management across hybrid environments. Manage Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Monitor the health, performance, and availability of Windows servers, Active Directory services, and Azure resources, promptly addressing any issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Windows, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations. Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights within the Active Directory and Azure environments, ensuring proper permissions and security. Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance standards for Windows, Active Directory, and Azure resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows, Active Directory, and Azure services with other systems, such as email, databases, and web applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures for Windows, Active Directory, and Azure environments. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to Windows, Active Directory, and Azure administration, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in administering Windows servers, Active Directory infrastructure, and Azure cloud services in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and Active Directory concepts, architecture, and components. Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, networking, storage, and security. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and task orchestration in Windows and Azure environments. Solid understanding of network protocols, services, and infrastructure components (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VPN, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Windows, Active Directory, and Azure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant industry certifications, such as MCSA/MCSE: Windows Server, Azure Administrator Associate, or related certifications, are highly desirable. Strong commitment to maintaining security standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
