Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of Financial Statements
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Overseeing taxation (both direct and indirect), audit and risk management functions
• Prepare Draft Annual Budget for the Company, comparison estimates and actual
• Recommending cost reduction strategies.
• Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Qualification:

Qualified CA

Experience:

15+ years in managing the financial actions of a company; include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. Also business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
