Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing and deploying complete solution blueprint for technology solutions for transport business
• Lead the initiative to identify all potential enterprise class TMS product vendors
• Spearhead the TMS selection process through collaboration with key business users
• Lead the implementation of TMS across various customer sites
• Set up TMS competency center and ensure company-wide support, training, adoption and enhancement of TMS
• Identify and pilot new-age technology solutions for digitization of transport operations
• Drive the adoption and integration of new-age solutions with other enterprise applications
• Develop in-house custom solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and existing readymade transport solutions
• Manage business user expectations and drive change management.
