• Graduate with Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in the software development field
• At least 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, including troubleshooting expertise.
• 5+ years in building, leading and managing product testing
• Demonstrate leadership in developing and delivering test plans
• Experience in working on the product lifecycle
• Develop innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of testing
• Experience in working across Linux & Windows-based development
• Understand business goals and specifications thoroughly
• SSU (Sales and Service Units) and customer facing experience.
• Good communication and interaction skills

Technical Skills requirements:

• Automation Tools: Selenium RC, Selenium Webdriver, Selenium Grid, Selenium IDE and AutoIT.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
• Programming Languages: Core Java, C++, and Python.
• Databases: Knowledge and experience on relations DB.
• Operating Systems: Linux and basic understanding of Windows.
• Bug Tracking Tools: Deep understanding of Bug tracking tools.
• Build Tools: Jenkins.

Favorable:

• Experience from developing BDD and TDD.
• Experience of Git, Jenkins, Google Protocol Buffers and Google Test.

Previous experience from Getinge/Maquet, other company in medtech or similar industry.
