Roles and Responsibilities

• The position will be part of our clients' CEO's office, which has a handful of professionals looking after the group's business direction, plans (long term / Short term), weighs decisions with regards to organic / inorganic growth opportunities, M&As and so on.
• Looking for candidates with 4 to 5 years of work experience in all, and at least 2 years experience post completing their full-time MBA in Financial Modeling, Research, Strategy & Planning. Ideally, candidates with prior experience in a similar CEO's strategic support function.
• Candidates frim the Oil & Gas industry or professionals working with consulting firm with specific work experience in Oil & Gas Clientele will be regarded for the role.

Major Functions / Responsibilities:

• He/She will collaborate with Leadership Team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to meet organization goals and objectives
• Handle identification and completion of key strategic initiatives
• Scan & to identify trends in Oil & Gas market. Identify potential avenues for merger, acquisition, joint ventures and similar opportunities
• Feasibility analysis for merger and acquisition proposals
• Impact analysis of industry trends and evolving regulatory compliances
• Design dashboard to enable tracking of key performance and operational parameters for the organization and other initiatives.
