Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring for a leading Mutual Fund client of ours - on the of the top 15 AMCS in India for their digital team. The position/incumbent will be required to design and implement digital marketing campaigns to acquire customers online and manage call centre operations to assist client on-boarding cross sell to clients

• Designing and execution of customer outreach initiatives to generate leads and drive traffic to portal
• Designing customized campaigns based on customer segments and customer data
• Manage call center agents to on-board clients. Training of agents in marketing and on-boarding of clients
• Designing and implementing campaigns via SMS, email and calls to increase customer assets and cross sell other investment products to them.
• Understanding client requirements and designing effective communication strategies
