Safety Manager Job in Heeru Group
Job Summary
Educational Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Fire & Safety from recognized University having 10 to 12 years of work experience in Construction Industry.
Candidates with NEBOSH, IOSH certification preferred.
Prerequisites
- HSE planning, implementation & monitoring at sites.
- Hazards Identification, Risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis.
- Implementing Safety Management programs and other Health and safety activities like medical checkup, first aid etc
- Conducting safety trainings, Tool Box Talks, Safety walk downs to build safe work environment & culture.
- Maintain and submit proper reports like Near Miss/ Incident report, safety meeting, PPE stocks, Safety task assignments etc.
- Conducting internal audits, motivational programs and coordinating for Third party & Client audits.
- Develop & create safe work environment & culture.
- Ensure closure of NCR, audit points and other observations with proper root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions.
- Ability to lead team towards achievement of company goals with safety
