Scaffolding Supervisor Job in Heeru Group

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma / Trained competent person, having 3-5 years experience in Construction Industry

Prerequisites

• Adequate job knowledge & skills essential for executing the job effectively.
• Knowledge of various types of scaffolding (eg. Tubular, Cup locks, Lehar Ring type, Suspended & Mobile) and tools used for scaffolding.
• Knowledge & experience to work at height as per HSE standards.
• Training employees involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting scaffolding to recognize associated work hazards.
• Inspecting scaffolds and scaffold components for visible defects before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect the structural integrity, and to authorize prompt corrective action
• Should be able to communicate effectively with his working crew (Job specific/safety related)
• Awareness/Initiative and understand the Procedure for Material handling - lifting and shifting.
• Commitment /initiative for proper housekeeping.
• Ability to carry out risk assessment associated with scaffolding.
