Job Summary

Job Description-



Procurement Plan : Prepare procurement plan for the order in hand and also for stocking earthmoving & mining spares in the warehouse

Procurement Plan : Implement procurement plan by placing orders (bulk or client specific) to Manufacturer / aftermarket Manufacturer / Trader the order in hand and also for stocking earthmoving & mining spares in the warehouse

SOP : Implement procurement procedures as laid down for every order and supply processed

Identify Supplier : Identify Manufacturer / aftermarket Manufacturer / Trader of different spares of equipment and onboard them in our database and also for servicing our existing / new orders

Supplier Tie Ups : Tie up with Identified Manufacturer / aftermarket Manufacturer / Trader of different earthmoving and Mining spares of equipment for providing bulk or order specific Earthmoving & Mining spares at predetermined rates.

  • Rate List : Prepare and updated Earthmoving & Mining Spares rate list for Sales people to know at what rate they can quote to client.

Client POs : Receive POs to be serviced from the Sales team.

  • Supplier POs : Negotiate with Manufacturers / Aftermarket Manufacturers / Traders for favourable terms and conditions with SLAs for procuring required spares for stocking (warehouse) or servicing specific client order.
  • Supplier PO s :Process to issue Purchase Order to Manufacturer / Trader against the PO received from Client or for our Inventory / Warehouse
  • Track :Track every order made till the item / spares reach their destined place (client location / warehouse)
  • SLA s : Ensuring SLA s are met with respect to providing spares and services to client
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve all issues with Clients and manufacturer / Traders, escalate to the next level if not resolved at your end.
  • Invoices : Receive, verify and vet the Invoices from suppliers for its accuracy
  • Delivery Challan : Ensure that signed and accepted delivery challan is received for every supply and it matches with the PO and Invoices before forwarding for payment
  • Any other activities as entrusted to him / her by the HOD / Functional Head / Director

JOB SUMMARY

Procure Earthmoving and Mining spares at a reasonable discounted rate from suppliers / Manufacturers / Aftermarket manufacturers / Traders Identify and meet different Manufacturers / Traders (aftermarket spares) to get them onboarded in our database as vendors Negotiate and close business deals with clients and manufacturers / traders. Meeting SLA s with respect to providing equipment spares and services to clients Verify and vet supplier invoices along with delivery challan and forward them to A/c s for payment processing
