Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads, promote and achieve the sales.
  • Supports in various marketing & branding activities
  • Provides support in new dealer/retailer appointment
  • Collecting and submitting the required documents of dealers/retailers
  • Coordinating various technical events/site visits.

Financial


  • Achieving sales targets
  • Coordinating with accounts dept. for raising of invoice & outstanding/ collection statements
  • Collection of outstanding amounts from clients
  • Take regular balance confirmation from stockists

Customer


  • Dealer and Retailers network management & development (Maintaining good business relationship with the network in view to achieve sales growth)
  • Query and complaints handling of network.
  • Distribution of branding material, company gifts etc
  • Meet the Builders, Contractors ,Architects to explain about product and applications
  • Order Placement
  • Coordination with Commercial and Plant Logistics team for timely deliveries and handling quality concerns.

Internal Process


  • Preparing and filing of sales data for all network.
  • Conduct the Promotional activities
  • Identify the new Distributors /Dealers/Sub-Dealers-Process.
  • Cover the assigned areas/Territory Process.
  • Preparing the reports and sending regularly to superiors.
  • Retail distribution management in assigned territory.
  • Report customer complaints
  • Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers
  • Report daily activities

Qualifications


  • Any Graduation or Post Graduation Marketing

Other Qualifications


  • Knowledge of MS Office software like Excel ,Word and PPT
