YOUR ROLE: Looking after the daily production and providing daily reports Assigning responsibilities to the production employees Ensuring all equipment reworking properly Preparing work schedules Maintaining Quality Service Ensuring on-time completion of production plan Communicating with machine manufacturer for any machine troubles Identifying & Troubleshooting production issues. Ensuring clean & safe working environment Submitting timely reports Inventory management and Data entering in SAP- Production Module YOUR SKILLS: BE / B.Tech : Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical etc. Comfortable to work in shifts. Familiar with Local Languages such as, Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam etc. Experience in Rubber Extrusion added advantage In charge of a Production shift (25 to 35 manpower) Female Candidate Preferred Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
