Job Summary
  • Ensuring 4 M availability in Shop floor as per plan, Execution of the production schedule to meet plan and Quality of product produced.
  • Maintain a professional team-player attitude, helping other employees and temporaries exceed expectations.
  • Rendering of feedback regarding the performance of production employees and temporaries.
  • Support of equipment resources including diagnosis of problems and implementation of minor repairs.
  • Reporting abnormalities / Status to Shift in Charge / Manpower Allocation Machine wise
  • Prebatch Verification & Pre-Operation Check confirmation, Ensure Log sheets / PCS 100% Adherences.
  • Training & Development of Operators in running the machine, Consumable Tracking and maintaining min-max, Reporting Daily activities & KPIs on the Board
  • Raising & Closure of Break downs, Maintain Standardization in Process, Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • This includes accident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation and follow up.
  • Taking initiatives in Productivity & Quality Circle projects
  • Mechanical OR Chemical Degree/Diploma Holder with minimum 3 Years experience in Chemical Industry.
  • Should be able to handle team of 30 People in all Shift.
  • Good Communication skills & good Technical knowledge.
