Immediate Hiring Accounts Receivable - SAP MM

Qualification : Graduate

Job location: Corporate office - Hyderabad(Punjagutta).

Roles and Responsibilities

• To prepare sale orders and Tax invoices.
• Post customer advances, receipts and clearing the balances.
• To verification of expenses/service bills like: courier bills, promotional charges and marketing executive monthly claims.
• To create liability various service providers Like: Transport Services, Tax consultants.
• To post employs/vendors payments in SAP.
• Issue credit/debit notes to customers.
• Create purchase requisition for goods/services.
• Create GRN, Vendor invoices and issue material to the plants.
• To prepare MIS Register on daily basis.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding balances and communicate to Manager Finance/Marketing Manager.
• Prepare customer ageing analysis on monthly basis.
• Maintain products price list master and updated in SAP.
• Monitoring petty cash and arranging funds to regional office.
• Monitoring with location accountants for day to day reports and month end closing reports.
• Monitoring of products location wise sales updation daily & monthly stock, fixed assets closing confirmation at month end.
• To participate Internal and External Audit and provide subsequent data to auditors within the timelines.
