Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
• Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
• Promote and extend the model parlors in the area of operation.
• Monitor / Guide the sales team to achieve the budgeted targets
• Competitor analysis in the respective area of operation.
• Maintain the Business Intelligence and grab the volumes as per the target.
• Responsible for close coordination with Logistics team for timely distribution of Feed & Feed Supplements
• Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
• Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints
  

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA - Marketing, Any Graduation

Experience in Handling any Feed, Fertilizer or Pesticides Products
