Job Title: Sales Executive Wheeled Assets
Location: Vijayawada

Job Purpose
To drive loan disbursals for used car financing, manage post-loan processes, oversee a team of retainers, and build a strong channel partner network while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly disbursal targets for Used Car Loans.
- Meet key business KPIs including:
- IRR (Internal Rate of Return)
- Fee Income
- Cross-Sell Ratio
- Product Mix
- Follow up on Bucket X bounce cases and maintain high resolution percentages.
- Track and ensure timely collection of Post Disbursal Documents (PDDs) and RCs with HFCL hypothecation.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of retainers in line with approved headcount.
- Support the sale of repossessed vehicles to reduce financial losses.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies and compliance guidelines.
- Build and nurture a strong network of channel partners, DSAs, and dealers to generate consistent business.
- Drive direct business acquisition through the team of retainers.
- Ensure high-quality service to channel partners to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain and improve Dealer Satisfaction Score (DSS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS).
- Monitor and report competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Review, analyze, and control the loan portfolio at the assigned location.
- Ensure quality and compliance in sales processes with strong supervision of the team.
- Handle customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto finance, vehicle loans, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of used car loan products and local market dynamics.
- Experience in managing sales teams and working with DSAs/dealers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements in auto financing.
