Material planning and procurement of plant specific location in Engine, Paint & Thinner Category to meet production plans. Stabilization of new model as per ABP. EMF Implementation Cost Saving and Optimization as per given targets through various drivers like SOB,EMF,LEAP,IMP projects Inventory control & logistic coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Financials - Revenue Growth, Cost Efficiency, capacity planning, inbound logistic packaging improvement and inventory management
• Customer - Quality management of supply of parts, mutisourcing, Stabilization of mass production and ramp up of New Models by supporting supplieer operation excellence/scope activities
• Process - Improving operational efficiency, agility & flexibility., smooth SOP and strengthening plant purchasing matrix and structure
• Innovation - Implementing EMF & Continued Process Standardization
• Leadership & communication skill
