Job Summary

Short Description

To monitor, manage and configure SAP solutions in 24*7 environment to ensure
availability of SAP services to business in optimal and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

BAU Operations

Proactive system monitoring and
corrective action 
Motivating the team to deliver more

Project governance

On boarding Shortlisted SI’s (NDA,

RFQ etc.)
 Creating and managing Project Plan
 Coordination with IT/Business/SI
 Project Communication
 Validating the concepts in in-house
COE/Digital lab
 Proposing Scalable and modular
Solution Architecture
 Validating the proposed architecture
with IS-SME’s (Infra, Cloud etc.)
 Selectin of approach (IaaS, PaaS,
SaaS etc)

Skills Information

Installation, configure, upgrade of SAP
solutions (ECC on HANA, BWoH, Portal, Fiori,
Solman and SAP WAS, SAP Web Dispatcher,
Router, Content Server)
 Install, upgrade and configuration of Databases
(SAP HANA DB, Oracle DB, MS SQL and Max-
DB)
 Configure of SAP cloud platform
 Working exposure on OS such as AIX, SLES,
RHEL, Windows environments.
 Working exposure on Backup tools such as IBM
TSM
 SAP security and access management (GRC)
 Working exposure on emerging IT trends such
as RPA, IOT, AI/ML.
 Working exposure on High Availability solutions
such as IBM Power HA, SUSE HA.
 Working exposure to support DR landscape
using native and third party tools
 Sap Landscape administration
 System refresh (homogeneous and
