Deliver IT business solutions for Sales & After Sales and Global Business (GB), in SAP platform, to ensure efficient and seamless operations between relevant departments and support in timely achievement of their respective targets.
Key Responsibilities
Configure new sales/business scenarios in SAP, emerging due to new business requirements or Government regulations, in Sales & After Sales and Global Business functions for smoother business operations
Provide operational assistance to all the sections in Sales & After Sales and Global Business functions for their smooth functioning
Special projects to help in meeting business requirements
Responsible for Ticket resolutions and User Access Management support inSales & After Sales and Global Business functions
Skill enhancement to meet new challenges & opportunities for business
Skills Information
Working Knowledge of SAP SD, At least one SAP implementation experienceExcellent Communication and Presentation Skill
Good people management skills
Education
B.EM.C.A in COMPUTER SCIENCERelevant Experience
Atleast 3 Years experience preferably in automotive industry
Certification
SAP Certified SD Consultant
Minimum 3 Years
