Documentation
QAMS System for change control, Deviation, CAPA and other quality control
documents activity.
Knowledge of SAP System for Plant Maintenance activity to create notification,
Preventive maintenance and indent preparation to maintain stock of spare parts of
machine.
Preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) of various equipments and
change controller activity
Preparing documents related to cGMP like URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and FQ of
Equipment and Facility along with Change control and Deviation.
Preparing and maintaining Preventive Maintenance Records & Gauge Calibration
Records, Equipment History Card through SAP System and Manually.
Preparation of SOP for plant equipment, Utility equipment, HVAC and Water system
related activities.
