Job Summary
- Operation and Maintenance of Utilites Boiler,Turbine, RO Plant, Air Compressors, Raw water management, ETP.
- Setting SOPs for Boiler, Turbine, Compressors etc.,
- Preparing preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation
- People Management, lead the team for smooth operation of plant to reduce down time and ensure availability of equipments. Executing projects to meet time lines by team lead and co-ordinating with cross functional teams,
- Reduction in power, steam,fuel, water costs by optimising utilities generation system & reduction the losses across generation, distribution, consumption and return.
- Experience in utility equipment air compressors, cooling towers, vacuum system, nitrogen, system, HVAC & Chillers various pumps and process piping.
- Experience in maintenance, erection, testing and commissioning of Centrifuges and dryers.
- Having experience in maintaining documentation as per ISO, cGMP, standards and safety .
