Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Servers installations and Maintenance.
2. Servers Data Backups.
3. Handling of operating system installations for all computers throughout the plant facility.
4. Attend the hardware, software complaints and trouble shooting of computer systems.
5. Taking the hardware, software complaints and trouble shooting of computer systems.
6. Installation of New computers with required software s.
7. Installation of new computers switches for LAN connectivity.
8. Configuration and creation of User ID s and Mail ID s.
9. Firewall monitoring and managing.
10. Handling the technical escalations.
11. Responsible for review and approval of documents.
