Job Summary

What You d do in a Typical Quarter

  • Build out the demand OKRs aligned with the yearly growth plan
  • Audit existing channels on a regular basis to identify gaps and improvements
  • Research and set up projects to explore newer channels and demand opportunities
  • Own and deliver on leading and lagging metrics as per the OKRs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on execution
  • Analyzing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.
  • Identify functional gaps, and hire and coach A+ players to build the team for long-term
  • Lead from the front in creating a culture of agile experimentation and operational excellence
  • What We Expect to See in You

  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing/Demand Generation in a B2B SaaS/IT Product company.
  • Systems thinking approach, analytical & strategic mindset.
  • Leadership orientation: ability to create high-performing teams.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.
  • Experience in influencing and communicating with customers, prospects, and sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary marketing technology stack
  • Data-first approach to problem solving
