• Develop OKRs aligned with the larger business and brand objectives
• Plan and manage the social media calendar to achieve the objectives/KRs.
• Be a brand champion and voice of Hevo on our social platforms
• Create compelling and original content in line with changing trends
• Use intuition and data to continuously improve the quality of output and outcome
• Be the subject matter expert on social media; train and build the team as necessary
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and play a pivotal role in guarding and perpetuating our culture

• Have 3+ years of social media management experience
• Can speak about their social media wins, failures, and learnings from those
• Can wax eloquent about how B2B brands could make better use of social media
• Understands how to balance pixel-perfection an6d bias-to-action
• Equally comfortable being the chaotic creator and the disciplined-executor
• Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing or a related field
