Responsibilities: Work closely with Cross functional business stake holders and Management team Collaborate with multiple teams/organization to establish governance of standard process and operations Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives Provide supervision and guidance to development teams to implement the optimized solution Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed Communicate to stakeholders about any concerns & opportunity areas with respect to the current technical solutions being implemented Propose and establish framework for developing the complex business solutions Designing, modifying, and testing the technical architecture Candidate with strong business acumen, finance, IT solutions, team development, executive communication, planning and risk management. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills Experience working with virtual teams and broad understanding of Supply Chain functions Strong understanding of the company s policies and processes Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills Good inter-personal skills with strong team Approach and Collaboration to leverage strengths across team to achieve optimal & expedited results. Preferred working experience in Supply Chain domains, solution architect or similar roles What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: Advanced university degree (MS / MBA preferred) in Business Analytics / Computer Science / Supply chain 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management or in like roles/businesses Experience in Project management agile development Experience in analytical / BI tools preferred, Knowledge and Skills: Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring Excellent analytical and problem solving skills In-depth understanding of coding languages (Hadoop, Hive, Scala, Spark, Python, Vertica, SQL) Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple supply chain functions. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively work across countries, businesses, and time zones. Moderate to complex scope of work.
