How you ll make your mark: Workday Recruiting and HCM; Business Process, configuration, security and reporting Leading and/or providing expertise to functional and cross-functional project teams Acting as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements for COE s/Business Partners and to internal team Exercising independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives as part of a team and individually Applying design thinking and managing ambiguity About you Solid experience with Workday systems 3 to 5 years Experience in Talent Acquisition system processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding - Employee life cycle Experience working through complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
