Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain various types of documents and leaning material.
- Write clear, concise, complete, and accurate, descriptions and procedures.
- Research audience needs and analyze source materials.
- Follow company standards for content development.
- Understand product and/or new functionality to be able to document it clearly.
- Review existing content, identify content gaps, suggest improvements, and make recommendations to change content to achieve the required learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with various SMEs to obtain/extract information, collate them, clarify content, and resolve issues in a timely manner to complete deliverables.
- Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders necessary to ensure successful product delivery.
- Enhance product knowledge specific to the project that is being handled.
