Marketing Engineer
Job Summary : The Marketing Engineer will be instrumental in promoting and selling Siemens industrial automation products and solutions to clients across various industries. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and grow the company s customer base. The candidate must have a strong technical background in industrial automation, sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications : BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics
Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Sales of Automation Systems

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Siemens industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMI, SCADA systems, and drives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential competitors.
- Use this information to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide technical support and consultations to clients, helping them understand how Siemens products can meet their automation needs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with Siemens representatives to stay updated on product developments and training.
- Monitor sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports for management highlighting sales trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
Working Conditions
Frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events is required. This role may involve working outside of standard office hours to accommodate customer schedules and time zones.
