Sr. Project Engineer
Job Summary : The Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing industrial automation projects from conception through to completion. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing automation solutions using Siemens products, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of these solutions. The candidate must have a strong background in industrial automation, in-depth knowledge of Siemens automation products, and excellent project management skills.
Required Qualifications : BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics
Experience : 3-5 years

Responsibilities
- Lead site services and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Drive projects to completion with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Delegate tasks within the team to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Offer comprehensive service and site support to both team members and clients.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure smooth project operations.
- Manage and facilitate Kick Off Meetings (KOM) to align project goals and expectations.
Working Conditions
This role may require travel to client sites, including industrial and manufacturing facilities. The Project Engineer must be able to work in a variety of settings, including office environments and on-site locations. Safety precautions must and will be taken seriously, especially when working in industrial settings.
