Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong market analysis, innovative solutions, and a proven track record in sales leadership within the IT services or product industry.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • B2B International Sales: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in international business development and sales within the IT service or product industry, with a strong focus on technology solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Leverage strategic and business development skills to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with current clients.
  • Technology Solution Selling: Expertise in selling technology services and solutions to large enterprises and managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Global Market Understanding: Engage with diverse geographies and time zones, including regions like Europe, USA, and Africa, ensuring a tailored approach to market demands and client needs.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales/customer success professionals, managing successful sales processes, ensuring effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels to align business development objectives and strategies.

Client & Market Analysis:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to solve business problems and provide IT solutions.
  • Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to create innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Effective Communication: Utilize excellent English verbal and written communication skills to present and negotiate with clients and stakeholders. Show a deep understanding of cultural nuances across global markets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide detailed reports on business development performance, including sales forecasts, strategy execution, and market penetration analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Business Management graduate/post-graduate or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution).
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant B2B international business development and sales experience, particularly within the IT services or product sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills & Expertise: While specific qualifications are not required, candidates with experience in international sales and a strong background in technology solution selling will be highly preferred.
