Job Title: UI/UX Lead - Creative Design

Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and creative UI/UX Lead who specializes in designing engaging user experiences through intuitive interfaces and user-centered design principles. This role requires a hands-on, passionate designer who can bring creative ideas to life while working collaboratively across various platforms, including web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• UI Design: Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile layouts.
• Storyboarding & Process Flow: Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• UI Mockups & Prototypes: Create detailed UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate the functionality and look of websites and applications using tools such as Axure, InVision, Visio, Sketch, etc.
• Graphic Design Tools: Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Dreamweaver to develop and enhance visual assets.
• Interaction Design: Define the scope of interaction design based on client requirements, focusing on delivering user-centric and brand-focused solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• UI/UX Strategy Leadership: Lead and supervise all UI & UX initiatives across projects, ensuring that designs meet business objectives, user needs, and branding requirements.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive designs and seamless user experiences.
• Design Production: Responsible for the creation and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, logos, icons, and other visual components.

Technical Expertise:

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript Knowledge: Experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, HTML5, and jQuery is a plus. Ability to design responsive websites and applications with knowledge of HTML layout possibilities.
• Web & Mobile Standards: Adhere to web and mobile standards, best practices, accessibility guidelines, and usability standards to ensure high-quality design execution.
