Job Description: Key Purpose & Responsibilities: A senior A.I. Developer, with potential leadership qualities, to be able to guide the analytics team with their expertise and knowledge of the field. Deliver A.I. based products / submodules / patches as required Adhering to expected quality standards, including testing and code reviews of A.I. repo A.I. pipeline architecting and design, including selection of appropriate frameworks, models and tuning parameters Relevant documentation preparation and submission Preparing and adhering to timelines and milestones Team sprints as per AGILE JIRA worksheets Guiding the team with their expertise Staying updated on latest trends in A.I. Working closely with the product lead and management to contribute to new, innovative product ideas Patenting and publishing of work Regular feedback from and to the A.I. team and the management Responsible for A.I. hardware inventory and machines Supporting the management with customer visits, leading to project acquisitions Helping in deployment of projects at customer premises Ensure competitive and commercial viability of all A.I. analytics related software solutions TECHNICAL QUALITIES Well conversant with researching, designing, delivering and deploying A.I. pipelines and respective frameworks. Should be extremely comfortable with the tech stack of Deep Learning, SVM, RF etc Hands-on Ninja coding experience with Python and C Good knowledge and hands-on experience in TensorFlow, Caffe Sound knowledge of A.I., GPU Architectures, GPU Cluster implementation, High Performance Computing based load distribution Should have worked on Edge devices like Jetsons A focused, dedicated research mindset DESIRABLE Conversant with JIRA Based AGILE Methodology for product development Worked on Embedded MC, Sensors and design of PCBs Sound knowledge of Signal Processing, RF systems, USRP Boards, SDR, GPR Personal Qualities Ability to innovate with strong ideation and hands-on skills Able to connect ideas and concepts strategically Extensive A.I.
