Job Description

• Handling inquiries from customers over telephone, chat & Email.
• Handling inquiries from agents.
• Handling bookings. Coordinating with customers and transporters.
• Invoicing and tracking payments, sending reminders.
• Preparing reports of participants, Logistic, Booking & Cancellations.
• Taking cancellation requests & processing in stipulated time.
