Job Summary
  • To ensure timely generation of all financial & commercial data related to SNF business
  • To ensure smooth functioning of the SNF business and achieving targeted / budgeted profitability and to timely advise CFO and Business Head in terms of any exception or any critical matter.
  • To work as watch-dog for all commercial activities, SOPs , statutory, environment and regulatory and legal aspect of the business and to support Business Head as Analyst.

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

  • Preparation of product wise cost sheet on monthly basis for providing the support in product pricing for domestic as well as international market.
  • Supervision and finalization of Standalone Financial Statements of the Company
  • Periodical visit to the Units & submit report after each visit.

COMMERCIAL OPERATION

  • Ensure the coverage of full risk as and where applicable by taking insurance policy with the insurance company taking Top Management into confidence including the effective selection of the insurance company. Besides take full responsibility for settlement of insurance claim as and when arises. Scrutinize carefully all the inclusion and exclusion in the insurance policy.
  • Ensure implementation of all SOPs including amendment of those SOPs from time to time as and when required.
  • Monitoring supply chain of the raw material for SNF business and ensuring the timely placement of order and delivery of the material for un-interrupted production

ACCOUNTING OPERATION

  • Review of Trial balance on monthly basis and taking corrective action for the closure of monthly books of accounts.
  • Coordination with the internal and external auditors.
  • Preparation of the Financial and Stock summary on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for SNF business.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring daily MIS related to the operation of the Unit including financial transaction
  • Preparation of financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually after necessary verification of all the entries and records of the Unit.
  • Preparation of MIS for raw materials , finished goods , stores , WIP including movements and input output ratio.
  • Preparation of financial statements annually as per the Indian accounting standard required for consolidation with the Indian holding company.
  • Coordination with the internal and external auditors.
  • Should be proficient with Customs Procedures and Requirement for Filing/Handling Imports and Exports, Licensing, etc
  • Well aware of different schemes and Clearances and Classification of goods.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations
  • Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream, and possess 7to 10 years of related experience
  • Experience of working at least 2 years in handling customs formalities of imports and exports at any good company and should have handled at least 50 teus/month
  • Good track record with Customs & DGFT is a must
