• Experience in application and device driver development using Embedded C
• Hands-on experience on AUTOSAR standards and methodology.
• Hands-on experience on Autosar communication stack -(CAN/LIN/Flex ray/Ethernet) configuration & integration.
• Hands on experience on Autosar diagnostic stack (DCM, NVM, DEM) configuration & Integration.
• Hands-on experience on RTE configuration & SWC implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Automotive development tools like Vector Geny, Da-Vinci, Tresos
• Hands-on experience in automotive testing tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, CANstress and also on flashing techniques.
• Ability to understand requirements and derive unit design, implementation and test it accordingly.
• Experience in Active safety/Passive safety (Radar) Added advantage
• OS (Microsar/ETAS) configuration experience is added advantage
• Experience in development of App development like Diagnostics/ Communication stack/ MCAL/ NVRAM/ Bootloader etc
• Experience in device drivers development like CAN, ADC,Hardware I/Os etc.
• Experience in configuration management, change management methodologies
• Good knowledge on microcontroller architecture, memory layouts, device drivers, compiler and debuggers
• Good knowledge on Automotive protocols like SPI CAN/LIN/Flex ray/Ethernet etc
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
• Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)
• Must be able to understand and communicate technical issues, root cause, effort estimations.
• Experience w/ SW configuration tools like GitHub, SVN, PTC, Jira, DOORS.

Candidates with a Bachelors Degree related to Embedded Software Development (Electronics and Telecom, Electronics Electrical, Computer science)
